Job Description:
As a Project Manager at DETEL, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects, ensuring they align with our goal of innovation and customer service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients and will be instrumental in developing and overseeing work plans to achieve project objectives. You will report regularly to relevant management channels and provide updates on project progress, ensuring that projects are on track and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Engineering).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology related or innovation-driven environment.
- Strong skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
